Ben Scales President

Ben is the General Manager of Jarvis Walker, where he has worked for more than 16 years. He has extensive financial management experience, and is the third generation of the Scales family to play an integral role in the management of Time for Kids. Ben continues the philanthropic tradition established by his grandparents and continued by his parents, Philip and Bibby Scales.

Diarmid Lee Vice President

Diarmid worked as a commercial lawyer in Adelaide for a number of years before moving to London and working as a management consultant. In 2010 he returned to Australia and founded Leed Consulting. Diarmid works with clients as an organisational development consultant, facilitator and coach.

John Younger Treasurer

Formerly a chartered accountant and businessman, John continues to consult as a Management and Business Advisor in feasibility assessments, business valuations and computer financial modelling.

Kirsty Davies

Kirsty has more than 20 years experience working in public relations, including 14 years in London working for Hill & Knowlton, and as a private consultant. In 2008, in partnership with friend, Philippa Williams, she started her own marketing consulting company, Go Girl Marketing Solutions.

Andrew Bradley

Andrew trained as an economist and has a Masters Degree from the London School of Economics. His extensive professional experience includes 22 years working internationally with various brokers and investment banks, and as a consultant for the Productivity Commission and KPMG.

Frank Vincent

Frank Vincent has worked in the areas of Child Protection and Alternative Care for more than 30 years. After emigrating from the UK in the late 60s he followed his passion to work with vulnerable children, and has devoted his career to championing for severely abused and neglected children in South Australia. He has lectured at the University of SA in the social sciences, and published several papers and journal articles.
