The Charter of Rights for Children and Young People in Care
This Charter states simply and clearly the rights of children and young people who are under the guardianship or in the custody of the  Chief Executive of the Department for Child Protection.

As a valued carer and provider of services to Time for Kids, you have a set of Rights and Responsibilities.

Carer Training

We are delighted to be partnering with the Australian Institute of Social Relations (AISR), the registered training branch of Relationships Australia SA (RASA) to deliver training and information sessions for our volunteer carers and mentors.

Some of the training we provide:

• Cultural Fitness (online)
• Child Focused Practice (online)
• Emerging Minds: The impact of trauma on the child
• St Johns Ambulance: Caring for kids
