Over the coming months, Time for Kids will be engaging stakeholders around the merger project. This will include hosted forums with the Time for Kids Board designed to give you an opportunity for face to face discussions with our leadership team to learn more about our chosen strategy and future direction; newsletters and other project communiqués that you can find by following the links to the left of this page; and direct feedback and response via contact and feedback page.
We’re keen to ensure that you, our valued supporters feel confident in the path we have chosen and our commitment to delivering what you have always expected from us, which is high quality services that transform the lives of our children.
A brief outline of our project timeline is:
|April||Contact with all volunteer carers and mentors, and other stakeholders introducing the merger strategy. First communiqué launched.|
|May||Commence electronic newsletters. Launch of the Time for Kids Merger Project 2018 website for stakeholders.

|Invitation-only forums for stakeholder groups to speak directly with the Time for Kids leadership regarding the merger strategy and project.|
|Continued roll-out of communications with additional stakeholder groups, including other volunteers.|
|June||Electronic newsletter update, with next communiqué regarding the project in response to feedback and discussions held with stakeholders to date.|
|Progressive expansion of stakeholder groups engaged through discussion processes based on project timeframes and outcomes.|
|June/July||Further invitation-only forums for stakeholder groups to speak directly with the Time or Kids leadership regarding the merger strategy and project.
Review of communications timeframe and activities based on project progress.
